The company was established in 2006 in Jordan and since then the company has been trying to study and evaluate the agricultural market in Iraq and enter with appropriate products that suit the needs of the public and private sectors in the field of agricultural pesticides, veterinary medicines and specialized fertilizers. The company's scientific teams attended many scientific conferences and international exhibitions in order to obtain important sources in these agricultural fields. In 2022, these efforts culminated in the conclusion of cooperative partnerships with the most important pesticide producing companies in the world, such as Syngenta, Corteva, Novarm and others. As well as companies in the field of biological and organic pesticides and insect pheromones such as Novagrica, as well as companies for the production of specialized fertilizers and plant nutrients such as Minafert, Gebor Bio Fertilizer and others. In the field of modern irrigation and the importance of this issue in Iraq due to water scarcity and climate change, we communicate with many international companies to represent them in Iraq and market their products and introduce the latest technologies that serve the Iraqi farmer. The most important thing is the partnership contract with the Iraqi Ministry of Industry, the General Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies in Samarra to revive the factory Al-Tariq for the manufacture of pesticides and veterinary medicines through the establishment of a new factory with the latest machines and production lines and a higher production capacity. Last but not least, the establishment of a training center within the Al-Tariq factory is concerned with training agricultural engineers and farmers on the products produced in the laboratory as well as developments in the field of agricultural technology and everything related to it globally and locally.
